- I’ve been mentoring, and leading a team of four designers on Prospa's product team to maintain quality standards and achieve project success within SLAs.
- I’ve led the strategy and design of key features including cash deposits, debit cards and risk & compliance across mobile, web and member operations dashboard.
- Helped maintain and facilitate the adoption of a new design system to remove design debt and led internal communication of product releases.

- I collaborated with the Marketing & Partnership Director to increase website conversion rates by redesigning the Pulse website and user experience.
- I utilised Lottie files and other design assets to create impactful illustrations to support the overall design vision.
